Balancing Rocks: A Private Language
This poem is about how rocks speak to me, the language they use. Shapes, textures, colors, how a rock has been formed, they each have a story. Layers of rock are like pages in a book. The pages of this book were handmade of cotton rag and abaca fiber colored with red Utah clay. The text was printed letterpress in an edition of five. |
